What we do
As a gym we offer Group Classes that are coached through every movement as well as Personal Training. We offer education on nutrition, training, mindset etc through various forms of communication. We teach movements and styles of training to get the best out of your workouts. We build habits and consistency in training across time so attendance to the gym becomes just another thing you do each day. We focus on integrating new clients into the gym, our systems and our community so we all grow stronger as a group.

WHERE THIS ALL FALLS DOWN
This usually falls down where one side isn’t delivering upon their 50% of the relationship. If it is on our side we try to attempt to rectify the issue ASAP to make sure we are delivering upon promises.
What can you do
Cut the excuses
If it is something you want, you will find a way. If you aren’t committed, excuses will be easy to find.
Challenge yourself to be better than yesterday.
Stop waiting for the right time
Respect yourself and treat your body so it can do what it is made for
