Individual Coaching

Our online programming can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Weekly training is delivered online via our programming website Fitbot with ongoing feedback from your coach.

Your personal program is tailored to your needs and based on your strengths and weaknesses, requirements of your sport and to achieve your personal fitness goals.

Our Head Coach Jess Thornton offers personalised programming, coaching and advice for individuals based on many years experience as an athlete, a Coach and programming for the gym here at Sovereign City CrossFit.

Your coach will review your weekly results and adjust your program accordingly as you improve and evolve.

You receive:

A consultation call to discuss your goals

1-2 weeks of assessment to analyze strengths and areas of improvement

Workout program delivered on Fitbot

Added to our Individual Coaching Facebook Page

Programming towards your individual goals and needs

Email and Phone access to your Coach

Group CrossFit

Our online group CrossFit programming aims to develop the Strength, Gymnastic and Cardio metrics required to excel in CrossFit or your chosen sport.

The program follows a 4 day training schedule which can be performed as stand alone training or along with your sport specific training. There will be a high focus on barbell and gymnastic movements alongside a general and inclusive CrossFit program.
