How we help kids with our Crossfit Training.

Our CrossFit Kids classes are designed for children and their specific developmental needs which is based upon the principle of Mechanics then Consistency then Intensity.

CrossFit Kids classes emphasise good movement first before anything else which allows the child to progress throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Juniors (4-8yrs): 4:00-4:30 (focus is on fun and games and a general introduction to fitness concepts.)
Middles (9-14yrs): 4:30-5:00 (focus is on technique and building towards the general CrossFit program.)

15yrs + 25% discount on Adult Memberships
