Your personal program is tailored to your needs and based on your strengths and weaknesses, requirements of your sport and to achieve your personal fitness goals. Our Head Coach Jess Thornton offers personalised programming, coaching and advice for individuals based on many years experience as an athlete, a Coach and programming for the gym here at Sovereign City CrossFit. Your coach will review your weekly results and adjust your program accordingly as you improve and evolve.
