Individual Coaching

Our online programming can be accessed anytime, anywhere. Weekly training is delivered online with ongoing feedback from your coach. Your personal program is tailored to your needs and based on your strengths and weaknesses, requirements of your sport and to achieve your personal fitness goals. Our Head Coach Jess Thornton offers personalised programming, coaching and advice for individuals based on many years experience as an athlete, a Coach and programming for the gym here at Sovereign City CrossFit. Your coach will review your weekly results and adjust your program accordingly as you improve and evolve.

You receive:

  • A consultation call to discuss your goals
  • 1-2 weeks of assessment to analyse strengths and areas of improvement
  • Workout program delivered online
  • Added to our Individual Coaching Facebook Page
  • Programming towards your individual goals and needs
  • Email and Phone access to your Coach
